What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries over phone, WhatsApp, and email with clarity, patience, and a proactive attitude
- Processing orders, confirming details, and making sure every step is smooth for the customer
- Guiding customers through products and offers, matching their needs to the perfect solution
- Closing sales with confidence, handling objections like a pro, and always leaving the customer feeling valued
- Logging all interactions in our CRM — if you’ve used them before, great; if not, we’ll show you the ropes
- Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Collaborating with teammates to tackle tricky situations and keep the energy high
- Occasionally jumping in to help the wider team during busy periods; we believe in pitching in, not just clocking in
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing and available to work inside the UAE
- Confident, clear communication skills in English (bonus if you know other languages too)
- Positive, energetic personality — customers and teammates should feel it!
- Comfort handling calls, messages, and multiple requests at once without getting flustered
- Adaptability to work shifts and weekends, as needed
- Eagerness to learn and a drive to reach (and exceed) sales or service targets
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or order management tools
- Additional language skills beyond English
