What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers (in person or by phone) and ensuring everyone feels heard, valued, and understood.
  • Handling inquiries, offering solutions, and guiding clients through our products or services.
  • Managing schedules, bookings, and day-to-day administrative duties at the reception desk.
  • Collaborating with sales colleagues to identify customer needs and suggest tailored offerings.
  • Maintaining neat records, updating client details, and helping keep operations running smoothly.
  • Jumping in to support teammates during busy periods—because around here, everyone lends a hand.
  • Occasionally assisting with light problem-solving or follow-ups to ensure issues are resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Good communication skills in English (bonus points if you can chat in Arabic or another language, but not required).
  • A friendly attitude, patience, and willingness to help—no matter how busy the day gets.
  • Residency in the UAE at the time of application.
  • Professional, polished appearance and approach—you represent us!
  • Basic comfort with common computer applications (email, data entry, etc.).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front-desk/reception roles.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or administrative tools.
