What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to guest inquiries—whether it’s a last-minute room request or a dinner suggestion—with patience, empathy, and a knack for finding answers
  • Organizing and tracking daily guest requests to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Coordinating seamlessly with housekeeping, front desk, and other internal departments to deliver a consistently smooth experience
  • Contributing your ideas and observations at regular team huddles (and sometimes spotting the small things others might miss)
  • Providing feedback and support to maintain a professional, calming presence across all guest interactions—online, by phone, or in person

  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a nice bonus!
