About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to make a real difference in people’s days—and maybe even their travel stories? This is more than just answering phones or replying to emails; it’s about being that calming voice and helpful presence that turns an ordinary stay into a memorable one. We’re looking for a Customer Service professional in the vibrant heart of Abu Dhabi’s Al Khalidiyah area, joining a hospitality team that knows the value of genuine, attentive care—even (and especially!) when things get hectic. If you enjoy smooth problem-solving and finding joy in the details, you might be just who we’re looking for.
About the Company
Nestled in the ever-busy hospitality scene of Abu Dhabi, our organization stands out for one simple reason: we take service personally. Here, it’s not unusual to find the team sharing stories from guests over an after-hours coffee, or brainstorming ways to surprise a regular visitor. Growth is the norm—there’s always a new face, a new challenge, and a new reason to raise the bar. Collaboration isn’t a buzzword; it’s what you’ll feel each day, working shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues who genuinely care about their craft and each other.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to guest inquiries—whether it’s a last-minute room request or a dinner suggestion—with patience, empathy, and a knack for finding answers
- Organizing and tracking daily guest requests to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Coordinating seamlessly with housekeeping, front desk, and other internal departments to deliver a consistently smooth experience
- Contributing your ideas and observations at regular team huddles (and sometimes spotting the small things others might miss)
- Providing feedback and support to maintain a professional, calming presence across all guest interactions—online, by phone, or in person
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, without losing your smile (even when the phone won’t stop ringing)
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a nice bonus!
- A genuinely helpful, people-first attitude—guests and teammates alike will remember you in the best way
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the confidence to learn new systems alongside the team
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of AED 3,900 plus a benefits package—details tailored to support your lifestyle in Abu Dhabi
- Strong sense of community—you’ll be joining colleagues who look out for one another
- On-the-job training and mentorship with real career growth potential in the hospitality sector
- Balanced shifts aimed to keep burnout at bay and energy high
- A welcoming, diverse workplace where your contributions matter (and where team lunches are always a highlight)
At the end of the day, this is a place where you can build valuable skills, meet people from around the world, and see the impact of your work every single shift. If hospitality is your calling—or you’re ready to make it yours—let’s connect.
