The day-to-day here is energetic and friendly—you’ll notice the team spirit as soon as you step inside. While everyone works hard to deliver top-notch service, there’s also a real appreciation for diverse backgrounds, whether you’re a local Dubai native or new to the city. - Work with your team to resolve issues and make each customer feel valued

- Support administrative tasks like appointment scheduling or visitor check-in as needed
- Communicate effectively across languages and cultures—Dubai is an international hub, after all!
- Take feedback seriously and look for ways to make small improvements daily
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role (hospitality, call center, reception, etc.)
- Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus given Dubai’s diversity
- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor—even after a busy Monday
- Flexibility with shifts and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests or clients
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range (AED3500 – 6000) depending on experience and position
- Full visa support and paid annual leave—essential for peace of mind
- A supportive environment where your voice matters
- Work in a bustling location near Burj Khalifa with plenty of commuting options
