What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, or callers with a genuine smile (it shows, even over the phone!)
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and with care—no script robots here
  • Work with your team to resolve issues and make each customer feel valued
  • Maintain accurate records of each interaction (think attention to detail, but nothing too stuffy)
  • Support administrative tasks like appointment scheduling or visitor check-in as needed
  • Communicate effectively across languages and cultures—Dubai is an international hub, after all!
  • Take feedback seriously and look for ways to make small improvements daily

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role (hospitality, call center, reception, etc.)
  • Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus given Dubai’s diversity
  • Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor—even after a busy Monday
  • Flexibility with shifts and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests or clients
