What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors—either on the phone or at the front desk—with a professional yet personal touch.
- Managing a steady flow of incoming calls: answering questions, providing accurate information, redirecting where necessary, and ensuring no caller feels rushed off the line.
- Handling daily administrative tasks, like updating records, scheduling appointments, and keeping documentation organized.
- Listening carefully to customer concerns and finding solutions with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Collaborating with colleagues—in customer service and beyond—to resolve tricky situations quickly and fairly.
- Jumping in to help the team wherever you’re most needed, whether it’s covering a break or pitching in during busy hours.
