What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers or visitors, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with patience and clarity
- Resolving customer issues — sometimes it’s a simple answer, sometimes it’s a puzzle to solve
- Managing appointment bookings, coordinating schedules, or handling basic administrative tasks at the front desk
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Working closely with teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality service every day

What You’ll Bring
