What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and assisting customers or visitors, ensuring everyone feels heard and valued
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with patience and clarity
  • Resolving customer issues — sometimes it’s a simple answer, sometimes it’s a puzzle to solve
  • Managing appointment bookings, coordinating schedules, or handling basic administrative tasks at the front desk
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up as needed
  • Working closely with teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality service every day
  • Occasionally jumping in to support special projects or busy periods — flexibility is key!
