What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers warmly and offering assistance with finding products or navigating the store
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns, big or small, with patience and a solutions-first approach
- Processing sales at the checkout counter efficiently and accurately
- Making sure our shelves stay stocked, tidy, and inviting — spotting what’s running low and jumping in to help
- Supporting colleagues, sharing information, and communicating effectively to keep things running smoothly
- Occasionally helping with opening or closing duties as the store gets up and running
- Being attentive to safety and cleanliness, ensuring our space feels welcoming and secure for everyone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:

- Basic spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
