What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting customers warmly and offering assistance with finding products or navigating the store
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns, big or small, with patience and a solutions-first approach
  • Processing sales at the checkout counter efficiently and accurately
  • Making sure our shelves stay stocked, tidy, and inviting — spotting what’s running low and jumping in to help
  • Supporting colleagues, sharing information, and communicating effectively to keep things running smoothly
  • Occasionally helping with opening or closing duties as the store gets up and running
  • Being attentive to safety and cleanliness, ensuring our space feels welcoming and secure for everyone

What You’ll Bring

  • Basic spoken and written English skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings
