What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting shoppers with a smile and providing helpful, informed assistance at information desks or on the floor
- Responding quickly and calmly to requests, complaints, or lost & found inquiries — always keeping customer satisfaction top of mind
- Supervisors: leading your customer service team by example, coaching and organizing shifts for maximum efficiency
- Ensuring the centre’s facilities are presentable, well-organized, and safe for visitors at all times
- Supporting promotions, events, or campaigns within the mall — sometimes you’ll get an inside scoop on what’s next!
- Handling basic administrative tasks like documenting incidents or updating logs
- Working closely with security, cleaning, and maintenance teams to keep everything running like clockwork
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Friendly attitude with strong communication skills (English is essential, other languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail for Customer Service roles; supervisory experience required for Supervisor applicants
- Confidence under pressure, especially during busy hours or unexpected situations
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented spirit
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to join urgently
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with point-of-sale or information desk systems
- Multilingual abilities — especially Arabic, Hindi, or other widely spoken regional languages
- Knowledge of local attractions or upcoming events in Dubai
