What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is friendly and solution-focused
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our internal systems and spreadsheets
- Assisting with document processing and filing to keep our records up to date
- Coordinating with different departments to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, especially during peak periods
- Maintaining confidentiality and data integrity at all times
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the UAE (in any field)
- Currently residing within the UAE
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with basic computer applications (MS Office, data entry platforms)
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer support or data entry roles
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or office management software
