About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it's like to become a cherished part of a family while working in a beautiful city like Abu Dhabi? We’re looking for a warm, reliable domestic helper to join an Emirati household in Mohammed Bin Zayed City. If you have a caring touch, a good attitude, and the willingness to learn, this could be your new home and workplace all in one. Especially relevant right now—this is a live-in job with a private room, and all essentials taken care of, so you can focus on what really matters: helping a family thrive.
About the Family
Picture a household where hospitality is woven into every day, and where helpers quickly become “part of the family” rather than just staff. This family values trust, kindness, and a sense of togetherness—mealtimes are shared, celebrations are enjoyed together, and mutual respect is the foundation of the home. While the work is steady throughout the week, you’ll find moments of laughter and genuine appreciation for what you do. And here’s a little bonus: you’ll never have to worry about agency fees, interviews, or paperwork surprises—we’re the family office, and we handle everything directly and fairly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the home tidy and organized: from daily cleaning to occasional deep cleans
- Assisting with meal preparation (and if you love cooking, even better!)
- Taking care of laundry, ironing, and general housekeeping tasks
- Supporting family routines: helping children get ready or running small errands if needed
- Respectfully maintaining privacy and family traditions
- Collaborating with other staff (if any) or family members for special occasions or holidays
- Bringing your own warmth and reliability to day-to-day living
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid documentation to work and reside in the UAE (please note: no previous absconding)
- Physically present in the UAE for immediate joining
- Friendly attitude and a willingness to adapt and learn new routines
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Trustworthy, respectful, and discreet with family matters
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a domestic helper, nanny, or cleaner
- Basic knowledge of Arabic or English (helpful, not essential)
- Enjoyment of cooking or willingness to learn family-favorite recipes
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Private, comfortable live-in accommodation with your own room
- All food and meals provided—save your salary for what matters to you
- Salary of AED 1000–1200, paid on time every month
- No agency fees, middlemen, or job placement charges—this comes straight from the family
- Work alongside a respectful, welcoming Emirati household
- Opportunity to learn about local customs and daily traditions
- Stability, security, and the chance to build long-term trust
- Family values mean you'll never feel like “just staff”—you’re part of the team
We believe in open conversation, fair treatment, and genuine gratitude for hard work. If you’re ready for a new home and a meaningful role, join us—we’d be happy to welcome you in.
