About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever picture yourself sketching out the blueprints that later rise from the sand into Dubai’s skyline? As a Draftsman with us, you’ll play a hands-on role in making iconic projects a reality. This isn’t just about clicking lines on a screen — it’s about translating vision into details that teams actually build from. If you thrive on creative precision and want your work to quite literally shape the future, you might just find your next adventure here.
About the Company
We’re not your average construction firm. At the heart of our work is the belief that every building tells a story — and our team is the team that brings those stories to life from the ground up. We’ve grown from a tight-knit local crew into a regional leader, but we haven’t lost our collaborative spirit (or our love of celebratory lunches after a project hits a big milestone). Expect a culture where questions are welcomed, learning is constant, and no two projects feel exactly the same.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interpreting project requirements and translating architect and engineer concepts into detailed, precise drawings
- Using AutoCAD and other drafting tools to create construction documents, layouts, plans, and technical elevations
- Coordinating frequently with site engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in your drawings
- Updating and revising drawings quickly based on site realities and evolving project needs
- Assisting with gathering on-site measurements when needed to back up your drawings with real-world data
- Helping maintain an organized file system for all project documentation and versions
- Meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality, even when things get busy (which is often in construction)

Must-Haves:
- 1–2 years’ drafting experience in the UAE construction environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a knack for mastering new design software
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, standards, and terminology
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Clear communication skills — you know when to ask for clarification
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with site coordination or field work
- Familiarity with 3D modeling or additional design tools

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Opportunities for professional development and skill expansion
- Modern, well-equipped workspace with up-to-date software
