Introduction

Looking for a driving job that keeps you on the move in one of Dubai’s most dynamic neighborhoods? Whether you’ve mastered light vehicles, handle heavy trucks with confidence, or have the precision skills needed for a forklift, we’re looking for dedicated drivers to fuel our growing logistics operations in Al Nahda. From timely deliveries to careful warehouse handling, you’ll play a vital part in keeping the wheels of commerce—and your own career—spinning forward. Curious what it feels like to be a key player in a fast-paced team with real impact? This might just be your next stop.

About the Company

Our story’s built on the road—literally. We’re a friendly, multicultural group powering essential logistics solutions across Dubai. At our core, we value reliability, respect, and that kind of “help each other out” teamwork you don’t always find in big companies. Drivers here aren’t just cogs in a system; they’re respected, recognized, and trusted with responsibility. There’s always a buzz at the depot, especially before Friday’s end-of-week chai—don’t be surprised if you pick up a few new favorite snacks, too.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Navigating light or heavy vehicles, pickup trucks, or forklifts safely and efficiently throughout Dubai
  • Making timely deliveries to clients, or transporting goods between warehouses and company hubs
  • Reviewing route plans and mapping out the most efficient journeys—knowing the shortcuts and the traffic hot spots is a big plus
  • Handling basic loading and unloading, ensuring goods are secure and undamaged
  • Performing daily checks on your assigned vehicle and reporting any issues promptly
  • Collaborating with dispatchers and warehouse staff to keep schedules smooth and surprises minimal
  • Adhering to all UAE traffic rules (not just during inspections, but every day)
  • Sometimes pitching in outside your usual route to help a teammate or cover a busy shift

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE driving license for the position you’re applying to (light, heavy, forklift, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience driving in the UAE (for most roles)
  • Good physical health and the ability to handle loading/unloading as required
  • Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a welcome bonus)
  • A safety-first mindset and punctual work ethic

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous delivery/logistics experience in Dubai
  • Familiarity with digital route planning apps (like Waze, Google Maps)
  • Some mechanical knowledge for quick fixes on the road

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive salary: AED2500–5500, based on your experience and vehicle expertise
  • Free visa and accommodation—no hunting for a place or paperwork worries
  • Overtime pay and regular shift schedules for work-life balance
  • Uniform provided (so you blend right in with the crew)
  • Diverse, welcoming team—many backgrounds, one common goal
  • The chance to grow your skills and move up in a stable, expanding company

At the end of the day, it’s about respect, opportunity, and being part of a team that looks out for each other. If you want straightforward work in a supportive setting, you’ll fit right in here.
