What You’ll Be Doing
- Navigating light or heavy vehicles, pickup trucks, or forklifts safely and efficiently throughout Dubai
- Making timely deliveries to clients, or transporting goods between warehouses and company hubs
- Reviewing route plans and mapping out the most efficient journeys—knowing the shortcuts and the traffic hot spots is a big plus
- Handling basic loading and unloading, ensuring goods are secure and undamaged
- Performing daily checks on your assigned vehicle and reporting any issues promptly
- Collaborating with dispatchers and warehouse staff to keep schedules smooth and surprises minimal
- Adhering to all UAE traffic rules (not just during inspections, but every day)
- Sometimes pitching in outside your usual route to help a teammate or cover a busy shift
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE driving license for the position you’re applying to (light, heavy, forklift, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience driving in the UAE (for most roles)
