About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered how your skilled hands could help bring Sharjah’s most interesting spaces to life? We’re looking for a committed Electrician – Ceramic/Tile Worker to join our fast-paced technical contracting and fit-out team. This isn’t your everyday, by-the-numbers construction role: you’ll have a real hand in shaping residential and villa interiors, where precision and pride in craftsmanship truly matter. If you know your way around UAE site work and are ready to jump in, this could be just the opportunity you’ve been searching for.
About the Company
We’re a dynamic contracting and fit-out specialist, known for transforming visions into vibrant, functional reality. Our team has a knack for both the big picture and the tiny finishing touches: from groundbreaking electrical runs to the final, flawless tile. In our company, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword — it’s how we work, laugh, and problem-solve together each day. (And yes, those post-project shawarma runs are a team favorite.) With ongoing projects ranging from elegant villas to high-end apartments, you’ll be part of a crew that takes real pride in delivering quality you can see and feel.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling on-site electrical work, including wiring, installations, and troubleshooting for fit-out projects
- Expertly laying ceramic and tile, ensuring smooth, level, and beautiful finishes throughout kitchens, bathrooms, and floors
- Reading project blueprints, following site instructions, and collaborating closely with engineers and finishing teams
- Taking pride in high-quality work, paying special attention to the finishing details that make each space stand out
- Maintaining site safety, order, and professionalism during all tasks — whether you’re alone or working alongside colleagues
- Showing up reliably, ready to work, and always respecting timing and commitments
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience working on construction or fit-out sites in the UAE
- Technical know-how in both electrical work and ceramic/tile laying
- Strong work ethic, with a track record of punctuality, reliability, and respect for site rules
- Willingness and readiness to start work right away
Nice-to-Haves:
- Specific background in villa projects or high-end finishing work
- Experience with fast-track fit-outs or technically tricky installations
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- Company-sponsored UAE residency (visa provided — no headaches)
- Supportive, straightforward team culture where what you do matters
- Steady pipeline of challenging projects — you’ll always be building something real and rewarding
- Opportunity to work with a crew that values skill, commitment, and the little wins along the way
If you’re ready to put your experience to work and see real results, you’ll feel right at home with us. We believe that great teams build great places — and we’d love you on ours.
