What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising active construction projects, from site mobilization to handover.
- Meticulously following up on engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handling permit submissions and keeping tabs on regulatory approvals, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Serving as the main point of contact with contractors, consultants, and suppliers — solving roadblocks as they come up.
- Responding to practical issues on-site and keeping the project timeline healthy.
- Reporting site progress and identifying any risks or deviations from plan (no sugar-coating here).
- Ensuring all safety and quality standards are not just met, but maintained throughout.
