About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever pictured yourself shaping skylines and building structures that stand the test of time? This might be your chance. We’re a well-established contracting company in Abu Dhabi’s Mussafah M 44, and we’re expanding our team across several key positions: Civil Engineer, Architect Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Whether your passion lies in elegant design, structural integrity, or mechanical problem-solving, there’s never been a better moment to bring your expertise to one of the UAE’s fastest-growing construction hubs.
About the Company
Our story started at the heart of the UAE’s construction boom, and we’ve grown into a respected name trusted by developers and clients on everything from commercial complexes to innovative residential builds. What sets us apart? Our people. Collaboration is at our core, and you’ll notice right away — mornings might start with a quick coffee huddle, while late afternoons occasionally feature a spontaneous brainstorming session (snacks always included). While we’re serious about deadlines and quality, we don’t take ourselves too seriously; good teamwork and an easy laugh go a long way with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking a hands-on lead in managing construction or project sites, ensuring that daily goals are met and issues are tackled quickly.
- Coordinating with project teams — architects, engineers, site supervisors — to keep everyone in the loop.
- Conducting site visits to monitor work progress, adherence to plans, and quality standards.
- Interpreting technical drawings, specs, and blueprints to ensure flawless execution.
- Communicating updates (and the occasional firefight) to project management, clients, and subcontractors.
- Supporting project planning, from procurement schedules to risk assessments and safety checks.
- Lending your problem-solving smarts whenever challenges arise — which, in this business, is pretty much every week.
- Documenting site progress for reporting, compliance, and, occasionally, for a team high-five.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on, practical experience in a UAE-based role (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical Engineering).
- Fluency with project site operations and the ability to follow up on day-to-day tasks without missing a beat.
- Strong teamwork mindset — it’s how we get things done around here.
- A cool head under pressure and comfort juggling competing priorities.
- Proactive communication skills — you’re not afraid to chase down an answer or ask the right question.
- Relevant engineering degree and current eligibility to work in the UAE.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive, timely salary — your skills are valued and rewarded.
- True team atmosphere: support, banter, and mentorship are part of the package.
- Room to grow: take on more project responsibility as you settle in.
- Exposure to a wide variety of project types and challenges — never a dull shift.
- Convenient location in Mussafah M 44 with easy site access.
- Occasional team events and casual get-togethers (because you work better when you actually like your teammates).
Here, you’re part of more than a project plan — you’re woven into the fabric of Abu Dhabi’s future. If you’re eager, hardworking, and ready for what’s next, we’re excited to meet you.
