About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Join Our Family as a Live-In English-Speaking Housemaid
Looking for a fresh start in Dubai? We’re an Indian family based in Al Karama, and we’re searching for a trustworthy, energetic young housemaid (age 20–25) who is comfortable speaking English. If you’ve already worked in the UAE and know the ins and outs of daily household life, you’ll feel right at home with us. Love kids? That’s a huge plus — our curious and playful 3-year-old daughter keeps things lively!
About Us
We’re a close-knit family who treat everyone in our home with kindness and respect. There’s always something happening in our apartment — whether it’s singing rhymes with our little girl or sharing homemade Indian meals. We appreciate smooth routines but aren’t obsessed with perfection; a caring heart matters most to us. We know how important it is to feel comfortable and valued, especially when you live with the family you work for. Our home really feels like one team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Spend quality time with our 3-year-old girl — playing, reading, and making sure she’s happy and safe
- Prepare simple meals and help with feeding when needed
- Take care of her daily routines (bathing, dressing, etc.)
- Handle general household cleaning and tidying up common areas
- Help with laundry, ironing, and basic kitchen chores
- Occasionally assist with groceries or simple errands (all nearby)
- Be a friendly, dependable presence in our home
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working as a housemaid/nanny in the UAE is essential
- Comfortable communicating in English (basic conversation is fine)
- Young, energetic, and patient (ideal for ages 20–25)
- Trustworthy, reliable, and genuinely likes being around children
- Can manage daily household tasks without constant supervision
- Preference given to candidates who already have their own visa
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary of AED 1800 per month — paid on time, always
- Live-in accommodation in a friendly, central neighborhood
- Supportive family environment — you’re part of the household, not just an employee
- Respect for your personal time and need for rest
- Interview in person at Al Karama (we want to meet you face to face)
- Quick hiring process for the right candidate — we treat this as urgently as you do
We understand what it means to trust someone with our home and child, and we’re hoping to build that trust with you. If you’re looking for a caring family, a safe home, and steady work, we hope you’ll reach out — just a WhatsApp message away!
