What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing complex schedules for senior management, keeping calendars up-to-date and conflicts at bay
- Coordinating meetings, from booking rooms and preparing materials to sending reminders and following up on action items
- Drafting, proofreading, and handling official correspondence—Arabic and English, of course
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient
- Maintaining confidential files and sensitive documents with absolute discretion
- Streamlining daily operations so that the leadership team can focus on the big picture
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes—your input is always welcome here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)—no exceptions
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or secretary role, ideally supporting senior leaders
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
