Are you the go-to person friends trust to keep things on track—someone who genuinely enjoys making sure every detail falls into place? As our next Secretary Real Estate Coordinator based on Falah Street, Abu Dhabi, you’ll be at the heart of property deals, making sure agents and clients experience transactions as smooth as Abu Dhabi’s famous corniche. If you’re ready to juggle paperwork, solve problems before they start, and be the calm in the property storm, this could be your next great move.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of real estate pros who believe that a great client experience starts with a strong backstage crew. Our office on Falah Street hums with the energy of constant collaboration—quick huddles, spontaneous celebrations when a deal closes, and the occasional debate over the city’s best shawarma spot. Here, everyone’s voice matters, and our shared focus is helping people find their perfect home or investment in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic market. We value transparency, teamwork, and a healthy dose of humor (it helps when things get busy!).
