What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors with genuine warmth and professionalism — you’ll be the first impression that counts.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence — ensuring messages land where they should, quickly and accurately.
- Organizing and maintaining the CEO’s schedule, handling appointments and reminders with precision (think of yourself as the CEO’s right hand).
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations in both Arabic and English.
- Supporting day-to-day office operations, from ordering supplies to coordinating meetings and logistics.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and care — you know when to share, and when to keep things under wraps.
- Jumping in to assist with special projects or events as needed — flexibility is your superpower.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluent Arabic speaker and writer, with solid English communication skills.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or executive assistant role (bonus points if it’s been in real estate, but not required).
- Presentable, professional demeanor — you take pride in representing your team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, tactful, and genuinely enjoy helping others.
