What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the office humming by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and welcoming visitors.
- Handling calls and emails with professionalism—sometimes you’ll be the first friendly voice our clients hear.
- Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical files so that documents are always at your fingertips.
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks—think invoice preparation, expense tracking, and liaising with our finance team.
- Supporting property listing updates and helping to prepare agreements and contracts.
- Coordinating with agents and management to ensure everyone’s on the same page, especially during busy periods.
- Pitching in on special projects—no two days are exactly alike here.
What You’ll Bring
