About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to put your technical know-how to work — and flex your skills in the world of relationship-building? We’re looking for Experienced Technicians with a knack not just for hands-on problem-solving, but also for forging strong partnerships in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. This isn’t your typical technician role: you'll be at the intersection of tech, business, and customer connection, driving meaningful impact from day one. If you thrive on both technical challenges and building trusted networks, this could be your next big move.
About the Company
We’re a rapidly growing, innovation-driven company with a footprint across the UAE — but an ethos that feels refreshingly down-to-earth. Our teams combine on-the-ground expertise with a culture of open collaboration: questions are welcomed, ideas are celebrated, and everyone’s voice matters. There’s a bit of healthy competition on our Friday coffee runs, but when it comes to helping each other succeed, we’re definitely all in.
The workdays here are dynamic, and no two are exactly alike. Whether we’re rolling out a new service or troubleshooting a client’s tech stack, we do it with energy, professionalism, and a sense of humor that keeps things lively (especially after a tough day). If you like being part of a team that rallies together and isn’t afraid to ask “what if…”, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and relevant industry stakeholders — think proactive scouting, not waiting for the phone to ring.
- Build, nurture, and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with partners and prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations with an eye for both technical fit and business value — balancing the fine line between win-win deals and technical reality.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solutions and successful implementation.
- Represent our brand at meetings and industry events, always keeping quality and integrity front-of-mind.
- Keep up with trends and maintain a keen awareness of our products, services, and the needs of our market.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a technician, with hands-on know-how and a solid track record of troubleshooting, maintenance, or installation (let us know your specialty!).
- Confident communication and negotiation skills — you’re as comfortable explaining the nuts and bolts as you are closing a deal.
- Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders — from clients to vendors to your own teammates.
- Strong organizational skills with a solution-driven mindset; you find ways forward even when the path isn’t obvious.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain as needed.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you — sometimes the best fit comes from the most unexpected backgrounds.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with performance incentives.
- Clear pathways for career growth and upskilling — learning is part of our culture.
- Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere: questions are encouraged, mentorship is real.
- Flexible work arrangements where possible (we know life sometimes happens).
- Regular team lunches, learning sessions, and the occasional after-work laughs.
- A chance to see the tangible impact of your work every day, in a company that appreciates effort, not just results.
We believe that great ideas can come from anywhere — and that great careers are built on both skills and relationships. If you’re ready for a fresh challenge and the chance to grow in new directions, we can't wait to get to know you.
