About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ready to level up your digital marketing game in a hands-on, part-time role? We’re looking for a professional, experienced Digital Marketer to breathe new life into our existing website and online presence. Think of this as your opportunity to directly shape our digital strategy while enjoying structured evening hours—perfect if you’re a night owl or seeking flexible, after-hours work. With a competitive base salary plus bonus and all work based onsite in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic Mussafah district, this role puts you right where the action is happening.
About Us
We’re a tight-knit team passionate about our industry (hint: we love finding creative ways to reach our audience and stand out online). Our office culture is friendly, collaborative, and hands-on—the kind of place where questions and ideas fly freely across the room, especially after 5 PM when our digital marketing sprints truly kick into gear. We pride ourselves on embracing fresh thinking, celebrating wins (big and small), and making every workday feel purposeful.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Elevate our website’s ranking: Roll up your sleeves and implement smart, effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive more relevant traffic.
- Social media that actually connects: Manage our brand’s social accounts—posting, engaging, and responding to build a real community (not just ticking boxes).
- Ads with impact: Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (think Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), always optimizing for the best ROI.
- Track and share progress: Prepare concise, insightful reports on your campaigns and overall digital performance. We love seeing what’s working (and tackling what’s not).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous, hands-on experience in digital marketing (real campaigns, not just theory!).
- Up-to-date SEO knowledge—comfortable with keyword research, on-page tweaks, and monitoring rankings.
- Ability to run and analyze paid advertising campaigns across major platforms.
- Social media management experience (posting, stories, engagement—you know the drill).
- Solid reporting and basic analytics skills.
- Good command of English for communication and content.
- Must be available for onsite work in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi during scheduled hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with content creation or basic design for posts.
- Bonus points if you’re comfortable working independently and suggesting process improvements.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Guaranteed work-life balance: Fixed part-time hours (5 PM – 9 PM) mean your daytime is yours to enjoy.
- Competitive pay structure: AED 1,500 monthly salary, with room for bonuses—yes, your initiative and results really do get noticed here.
- Onsite camaraderie: No lonely remote shifts—work alongside a friendly, committed team in Mussafah, with all the positive energy and learning that brings.
- Room to grow: See the tangible impact of your work, expand your marketing toolkit, and learn from a team that welcomes new ideas.
- Supportive environment: We encourage questions, creativity, and ongoing improvement—plus, we celebrate successes together.
We’re all about progress, not perfection—if you’re excited to make a visible difference and thrive in a collaborative, people-focused workspace, you’ll feel right at home with us.
