What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operations and maintenance for our Al Khalidiyah facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly—no detail is too small.
  • Leading, supporting, and scheduling a diverse team of maintenance and cleaning staff; you’ll be the go-to person when questions arise.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and upgrades—keeping timelines and budgets in check.
  • Monitoring building systems and troubleshooting issues quickly, whether it’s a flickering light or a major AC concern.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
