What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations and maintenance for our Al Khalidiyah facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly—no detail is too small.
- Leading, supporting, and scheduling a diverse team of maintenance and cleaning staff; you’ll be the go-to person when questions arise.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and upgrades—keeping timelines and budgets in check.
- Monitoring building systems and troubleshooting issues quickly, whether it’s a flickering light or a major AC concern.
- Ensuring strict compliance with local safety regulations and company policies.
- Regularly inspecting premises for potential hazards and preventative maintenance needs.
- Managing facility budgets, expenses, and reporting, ideally using ERP systems to keep everything organized.
- Communicating clearly with tenants, management, and your team—everyone knows what’s happening and when.
What You’ll Bring

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in facility management, ideally within the UAE.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
