What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll be supporting one of the following departments:
Packaging:
- Carefully sort and pack dates to meet our quality standards (attention to detail is a must!)
- Label products accurately and prepare them for shipment
- Assist in routine inventory checks and reporting
Cleaning and Sterilization:
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workspaces, and production areas
- Follow hygiene protocols to ensure food safety at every stage
- Support with regular deep-cleaning schedules and safety checks
Quality and Supervision (for experienced candidates):
- Oversee production lines and monitor for consistency and safety
- Train and mentor team members on best practices
- Document and report any quality issues or process improvements
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE residency
- Willingness to work in a factory environment (it can get lively around harvest season!)
- Attention to detail and a team-player attitude
- Reliability and punctuality — our schedules depend on it
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in food production, packaging, or cleaning
- Supervisory or quality assurance background (for relevant applicants)
