What You’ll Be Doing
- Carefully sorting, packing, and labeling fresh fruit to meet our quality standards (think: attention to detail matters).
- Operating simple packing machinery safely and reporting any hiccups to your team lead right away.
- Collaborating with your team to keep up a fast, steady workflow — teamwork truly makes the packing day go smoother.
- Performing regular checks on packing materials and finished goods to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Assisting with inventory counts or arranging packed products for delivery, depending on the daily needs.
- Staying proactive about hygiene, cleanliness, and safety guidelines (it’s a food facility, so everyone has a part to play).
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a packing, production, or factory setting is great — but motivation and reliability are even better.
