What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading trucks, containers, or delivery vehicles — sometimes with a tight deadline, always with safety in mind
- Assisting in the assembly, packaging, and sorting of goods ready for shipment or distribution
- Helping with on-site landscaping tasks: planting, soil preparation, cleanup, and maintaining outdoor spaces
- Managing warehouse organization: stocking shelves, keeping inventory tidy, and sweeping up loose debris
- Supporting general site maintenance by moving materials and assisting skilled workers as required
- Being the extra set of hands whenever a team member needs backup — even if that means lifting, stacking, or just keeping the workflow humming
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Good physical fitness and stamina; comfortable with lifting, carrying, and standing for long hours
- A reputation for being punctual, hard-working, and dependable, even when the schedule gets busy
- Basic understanding of safe handling procedures (don’t worry — you’ll get plenty of on-the-job pointers)
- The flexibility to help with a variety of manual tasks as needed
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in Dubai’s heat
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or landscaping work
- Familiarity with basic tools or equipment like pallet jacks or gardening tools
