What You’ll Be Doing
- Precisely assembling and packaging cosmetic products ensuring zero defects — yes, every lipstick and cream counts!
- Inspecting finished goods for quality and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors (everyone’s voice matters).
- Managing and operating light machinery and packing tools with care and responsibility.
- Assisting in the labeling and organizing of boxes for shipment or storage.
- Keeping your work area clean, methodical, and in line with hygiene standards — after all, it’s cosmetics.
- Collaborating with supervisors and teammates to hit daily and weekly packing targets (sometimes with a little friendly competition).
- Supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
- Adapting to varying tasks or occasional shift changes — flexibility keeps things running smoothly.
