About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ever wondered what it takes to keep a farm running smoothly in the heart of Dubai? At Nakhra Farm, we’re looking for a dedicated Farm Worker to join our close-knit team in Madinat Latheefa. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, values the satisfaction of a clean, well-cared-for environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves—this could be your next rewarding move. With immediate start and a welcoming crew, this is a chance to experience farm life with a modern twist.

About the Company

Nakhra Farm isn’t your average agricultural operation. Nestled in Madinat Latheefa, we blend traditional farming values with Dubai’s innovative spirit. Our team is small but mighty—think of us as family, not just coworkers. Everyone here takes pride in the animals and land we care for, and yes, we may occasionally compete for who makes the best chai during morning breaks. We believe that a tidy, organized farm leads to happy cows and an even happier team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping care for our herd of cows—feeding, watering, and making sure they’re comfortable and healthy.
  • Keeping barns, pens, and workspaces clean and organized; cleanliness is key for animal health!
  • Assisting with general farm maintenance, from fixing a fence to tidying up communal areas.
  • Pitching in with seasonal tasks—whether that's preparing feed or lending a hand during calving.
  • Reporting any animal health concerns or maintenance issues to the farm manager.
  • Supporting your teammates whenever an extra pair of hands is needed (we all pitch in here).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to take on physical tasks outdoors, even in Dubai’s climate.
  • Some experience with animals (especially cows), or a genuine interest in learning.
  • Basic communication skills—enough to understand instructions and work safely with others.
  • Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous farm or livestock experience.
  • Familiarity with basic farm tools and equipment.
  • Ability to spot signs of animal illness or distress.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay, with overtime opportunities during busy seasons.
  • On-site accommodation available for team members who need it.
  • Daily team meals—good food, great company.
  • Supportive, family-like team environment where everyone’s opinion counts.
  • Real opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility.
  • Flexible time off and understanding management—you’re a person, not a number.

At Nakhra Farm, your hard work is valued and your efforts make a real, visible difference every single day. If you’re looking for a job where you can see the results of your labor (and maybe get a friendly cow nuzzle now and then), this is the place for you.
