What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily office operations—think scheduling, correspondence, and keeping things ticking smoothly
- Handling data entry and document management, especially in Odoo ERP (don’t worry if you haven’t mastered it yet—curiosity and a willingness to learn count)
- Assisting in updating and maintaining our social media presence, adding your creativity to company communications
- Receiving and guiding visitors with warmth and professionalism (your friendly face sets the tone for all who walk in)
- Working closely with our small, welcoming team so everyone can count on you for admin know-how
- Organizing files, coordinating supplies, and taking care of those practical touches that transform a workspace from ‘okay’ to ‘amazing’
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid computer literacy—Microsoft Office is your friend, spreadsheets don’t scare you
- Previous office administration experience — you know what it means to keep things organized

- Based in Sharjah or Ajman, or ready for a daily commute to SAIF Zone
