What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily office operations—think scheduling, correspondence, and keeping things ticking smoothly
  • Handling data entry and document management, especially in Odoo ERP (don’t worry if you haven’t mastered it yet—curiosity and a willingness to learn count)
  • Assisting in updating and maintaining our social media presence, adding your creativity to company communications
  • Receiving and guiding visitors with warmth and professionalism (your friendly face sets the tone for all who walk in)
  • Working closely with our small, welcoming team so everyone can count on you for admin know-how
  • Organizing files, coordinating supplies, and taking care of those practical touches that transform a workspace from ‘okay’ to ‘amazing’

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid computer literacy—Microsoft Office is your friend, spreadsheets don’t scare you
  • Previous office administration experience — you know what it means to keep things organized
  • Clear, confident communication (in person, over the phone, and by email)
  • Social media skills—comfortable posting updates or replying to comments
  • Based in Sharjah or Ajman, or ready for a daily commute to SAIF Zone

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP or similar platforms
  • Arabic language skills
