What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and maintaining all critical Excel sheets—think orders, inventory, suppliers, clients, and purchase tracking
- Monitoring and recording daily employee attendance and supporting performance evaluation processes
- Coordinating daily operations, ensuring materials and resources get where they need to be, right on schedule
- Running quality checks on designs, catching inconsistencies (and celebrating standout work)
- Acting as a liaison between different teams, making sure communication flows smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintaining up-to-date records and reports required for internal and external audits
- Supporting supplier and client relationship management with timely follow-ups and clear documentation
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Professional experience in a UAE-based administrative/operations role (applications with experience outside UAE will not be considered)
- Fluent English communication—written and verbal (this is essential!)
- Strong command of Excel (comfortable with formulas, filters, and tidy, color-coded sheets)
- Proven track record in managing attendance, performance data, and daily office operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple plates spinning at once
Nice-to-Haves
- Arabic language skills—a definite plus for team communication and document handling
- Experience with design quality processes or creative operations
