What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing bookings and appointments, juggling changes and last-minute requests with grace.
- Coordinating schedules for our healthcare staff, keeping everyone (and everything) running on time.
- Maintaining meticulous records of bookings, patient details, and service logs.
- Supporting the wider admin team with daily operations — from document prep to supply orders.
- Flagging urgent issues and helping find quick, practical solutions.
- Upholding confidentiality and respect for sensitive client information at all times.
- Handling a 12-hour duty shift, ensuring reliable coverage and consistent support.
What You’ll Bring
