What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with genuine warmth—making everyone feel instantly welcome and at ease
- Coordinating appointment scheduling in our clinic management system and ensuring calendars are always up to date
- Managing patient files and ensuring their confidentiality, accuracy, and proper organization
- Assisting with essential administrative duties: answering calls, responding to queries, and updating patient information
- Generating simple reports in Microsoft Excel to help keep our processes running smoothly
- Handling payments, billing inquiries, and occasionally jumping in to help with inventory tasks
- Supporting both the medical and beauty teams with daily needs—no two days will look quite the same!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience at a reception or front desk (bonus points for clinic or healthcare settings)
- Comfort working with computers, appointment systems, and especially Microsoft Excel
- A professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor—your people skills are as strong as your organizational skills
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to handling confidential information
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling and customer/patient management
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with clinic management software specific to the industry
- Previous work in a medical or beauty clinic in the UAE
- Strong reporting skills (if Excel is your happy place, we want to know)
- Tagalog language skills and a collaborative spirit
