What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising skilled and general laborers on-site, ensuring everyone’s working safely and efficiently
- Coordinating daily tasks so each phase of construction stays on track with the project timeline
- Closely monitoring site activities, identifying any issues before they become problems, and proactively offering solutions
- Reporting site progress and key developments directly to the site engineer or site manager—no detail is too small
- Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents, then translating those plans into clear directions for your team
- Upholding company quality and safety standards, and acting as a role model in compliance
- Jumping in to lend a hand wherever needed—after all, no two days are exactly alike on a busy site
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman in the UAE construction or contracting sector
- A track record of supervising workers and ensuring work is completed according to plan
- The knack for reading, understanding, and explaining technical drawings and reports
- Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills—your team looks to you for guidance
- Natural problem-solving abilities and a calm, decisive approach under pressure
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Dubai-specific construction regulations or materials
