Introduction

Are you the kind of person who walks onto a job site and instinctively knows how to get things moving? This Foreman position with a respected contracting company in Dubai may be exactly what you're searching for. If you’ve got hands-on construction experience in the UAE and thrive leading teams toward a shared goal, you’ll feel right at home here. You’ll play a key part in shaping some of Dubai’s diverse and landmark projects—where every day brings a new challenge and accomplishment.

About the Company

This isn’t just another faceless construction firm. Our client is one of Dubai’s cornerstone contracting companies, with a reputation built on trust, high standards, and a track record of delivering on time. The team believes in rolling up their sleeves and supporting one another—whether that’s during a morning toolbox talk or over occasional post-project celebrations. Here, everyone’s contribution matters, from the ground up, and safety and quality are non-negotiable values.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising skilled and general laborers on-site, ensuring everyone’s working safely and efficiently
  • Coordinating daily tasks so each phase of construction stays on track with the project timeline
  • Closely monitoring site activities, identifying any issues before they become problems, and proactively offering solutions
  • Reporting site progress and key developments directly to the site engineer or site manager—no detail is too small
  • Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and technical documents, then translating those plans into clear directions for your team
  • Upholding company quality and safety standards, and acting as a role model in compliance
  • Jumping in to lend a hand wherever needed—after all, no two days are exactly alike on a busy site

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Foreman in the UAE construction or contracting sector
  • A track record of supervising workers and ensuring work is completed according to plan
  • The knack for reading, understanding, and explaining technical drawings and reports
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills—your team looks to you for guidance
  • Natural problem-solving abilities and a calm, decisive approach under pressure

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Dubai-specific construction regulations or materials
  • Basic computer or digital reporting skills
  • Multilingual communication (Arabic, English, Hindi, etc.) always comes in handy on site

Not sure you tick every single box? We get it—no one is perfect. If you’re passionate about building and leading, we’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive, timely-paid salary (no surprises here)
  • Medical insurance coverage for peace of mind
  • Opportunities for overtime and additional project bonuses
  • A culture that values your input—suggestions for improvement are always welcome
  • Team events and staff recognition for those who go the extra mile
  • Safe, well-equipped job sites and a supportive head office team
  • Growth pathways for those who want to take on more responsibility

You’ll join a company where hard work is recognized, safety comes first, and there’s camaraderie among colleagues that makes even the toughest days worthwhile. If you’re ready to step up and take the lead, we’d love to meet you.
