What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily operations on site—coordinating tasks and motivating the crew to deliver quality work, on time.
- Interpreting construction drawings and making sure instructions are crystal clear to your team.
- Checking materials, managing deliveries, and keeping a watchful eye on resources to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Troubleshooting day-to-day issues—whether it’s rerouting workflows or adapting to unexpected site surprises.
- Working closely with project managers to report progress, flag potential delays, and suggest workable solutions.
- Prioritizing safety above all else, from toolbox talks to opening and closing each shift.
- Training new team members, encouraging continuous improvement (and maybe a bit of healthy competition).
- Supporting a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability on every job site.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in construction, roadworks, or infrastructure—if it’s seen a hard hat, you know your way around it.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong ability to supervise and delegate, with a knack for motivating diverse teams.
- Solid knowledge of construction site execution and reading site drawings.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail—even on the busiest days.
- Working understanding of health and safety protocols.
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in multiple languages (helpful for diverse teams).
- Experience with digital project management or construction reporting tools.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
