What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervising daily operations on site—coordinating tasks and motivating the crew to deliver quality work, on time.
  • Interpreting construction drawings and making sure instructions are crystal clear to your team.
  • Checking materials, managing deliveries, and keeping a watchful eye on resources to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day issues—whether it’s rerouting workflows or adapting to unexpected site surprises.
  • Working closely with project managers to report progress, flag potential delays, and suggest workable solutions.
  • Prioritizing safety above all else, from toolbox talks to opening and closing each shift.
  • Training new team members, encouraging continuous improvement (and maybe a bit of healthy competition).
  • Supporting a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability on every job site.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in construction, roadworks, or infrastructure—if it’s seen a hard hat, you know your way around it.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong ability to supervise and delegate, with a knack for motivating diverse teams.
  • Solid knowledge of construction site execution and reading site drawings.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail—even on the busiest days.
  • Working understanding of health and safety protocols.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Fluency in multiple languages (helpful for diverse teams).
  • Experience with digital project management or construction reporting tools.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
