What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively seek out and connect with new clients—whether property management firms, building owners, or business operators—always hunting for the next opportunity.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term professional relationships with clients, acting as the face of our maintenance services.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess maintenance needs, gathering a clear understanding of each unique requirement.
- Prepare, present, and explain price quotations, ensuring clients fully understand the scope and value of proposed work.
- Follow up diligently on all sent quotations, addressing any questions and guiding clients towards signing off.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the accurate delivery of promised services and post-visit client satisfaction.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor offerings to help keep our services sharp and competitive.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in sales within the technical, facility management, or maintenance field.
- Familiarity with inspecting sites and identifying maintenance needs (from small fixes to large projects).
