About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself admiring a stunning kitchen, appreciating not just the style but the craftsmanship? If you're a skilled carpenter who takes pride in bringing beautiful, functional spaces to life, this might just be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're looking for experienced carpenters to join our busy kitchens and décor company in the UAE, with immediate roles available for people who know their way around woodwork — and who thrive on perfecting those exquisite finishing touches.
About the Company
Think of us as more than just a décor outfit — we’re a tight-knit team passionate about transforming houses into homes, one custom kitchen at a time. We’ve carved (pun intended) our reputation on excellence and attention to detail, serving clients who expect nothing less than top-quality results. Our workshop may buzz with activity, but there’s always time for a coffee break and team banter. Growth for us isn’t just about bigger projects, but also about investing in our people and their skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing high-end wooden kitchens from start to finish, ensuring every cabinet and panel fits flawlessly.
- Completing all finishing carpentry works, from edging to intricate detailing—your craftsmanship will set the standard.
- Reading, interpreting, and sometimes even questioning technical drawings to make sure the on-site execution matches our (and the client’s) vision.
- Collaborating on-site with project managers, designers, and other trades to keep things smooth and efficient.
- Solving installation challenges as they arise—sometimes it’s about finding creative fixes, other times just bringing old-school precision.
- Maintaining a tidy, organized work environment that reflects your pride in your trade.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven, hands-on experience in installing wooden kitchens and executing fine finishing carpentry work.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail—your work holds up to the closest inspection.
- Valid UAE residency visa (with the willingness and eligibility to transfer, if needed).
- A safety-first mindset and respect for client homes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with luxury or custom kitchens is a big plus.
- Basic conversational English or Arabic to help navigate team communication.
- Familiarity with power tools and modern carpentry equipment.
- A portfolio or photos of previous project work.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive compensation, paid on time (because we respect your craft and your time).
- Supportive, experienced colleagues who are quick to lend a hand—or share a trade secret.
- Steady pipeline of exciting projects, so there’s always something new to build or perfect.
- Possibility of career growth—show us your skills, and we’ll show you new challenges.
- Respect for work-life balance: sites run on a realistic schedule, not endless overtime.
- Friendly, approachable management who actually listen.
When you join us, you’re not just another pair of hands—you’re a key part of building dreams for our clients and a valued member of the team. If you’re ready to see your craftsmanship in kitchens across the UAE, we hope you’ll consider coming on board.
