What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example as you supervise and motivate on-site work teams, ensuring everyone is clear on their tasks and deadlines
- Distributing daily assignments based on skill sets and project needs, keeping everyone moving efficiently
- Following up throughout the day to track progress, offer support, and resolve any onsite hiccups
- Verifying that all waterproofing work (and other related tasks) meets technical specifications and the architect’s drawings
- Monitoring productivity closely and finding ways to keep the project humming along on schedule
- Maintaining rigorous safety standards—your teams’ wellbeing is never an afterthought
- Keeping open communication with project managers about site progress, needs, and achievements
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction or trade work teams—ideally as a foreman
- Solid practical knowledge of waterproofing methods, materials, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs
- A knack for problem-solving, both people-related and technical
- Strong commitment to quality, deadlines, and, above all, safety
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience training or mentoring junior crew members
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools or mobile site management apps
- Valid certifications in onsite health & safety
