What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing first-level technical support to staff, ranging from hardware glitches to password resets (yes, even the “why won’t my printer work?” mysteries)
- Assisting in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, learning the ropes as you go
- Setting up new workstations, installing necessary software, and ensuring everything’s plug-and-play ready for team members
- Monitoring system performance and reporting irregularities to senior engineers — don’t worry, you’ll never fly solo
- Updating technical documentation and sharing tips or fixes you’ve discovered along the way
