Introduction

Looking for a role where every day brings a fresh face and a new opportunity to make someone’s experience memorable? We’re searching for a Front Desk Executive to become the welcoming heart of our Dubai office. In a dynamic business landscape like Business Bay, your knack for hospitality and organization will set the tone for everything that follows—first impressions really do count here!

About the Company

Nestled in the thriving hub of Business Bay, our company blends tradition with a forward-thinking spirit. You’ll find a bustling yet collaborative environment, where the office has its own rhythm—from quick catch-ups by the coffee machine to celebrating team milestones together. Our team is tight-knit and supportive; whether you’re strategizing on big projects or managing daily details, there’s always a sense of camaraderie (and, yes, there’s often cake on birthdays). We believe in balancing professionalism with a human touch—people first, always.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet every guest, client, and visitor with a genuine smile and friendly efficiency
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; you’ll be the go-to guide for anyone reaching out or stopping by
  • Maintain detailed visitor logs and appointment schedules—precision counts, especially during busy periods!
  • Keep front office records updated and organized, ensuring easy access for the team
  • Work closely with internal departments to relay messages, set up meetings, and keep day-to-day operations flowing smoothly
  • Receive and distribute courier packages, mail, and important documents—nothing gets lost on your watch
  • Help create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere at reception that reflects our values and culture

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (ideally in a fast-paced office)
  • Warm, professional communication skills—both in person and over the phone/email
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail (you spot the little things others might miss)
  • Comfort with multitasking and adapting on the fly to guest or team needs
  • Proficient with MS Office suite; quick to pick up new tools if needed

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with visitor management software or appointment scheduling tools
  • Fluent Arabic, or any additional language skills
  • Experience in a diverse, multicultural office setting

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation with regular performance reviews
  • Supportive and inclusive team culture—your voice is heard, your presence matters
  • Modern, bright office in Business Bay with inspiring views (and plenty of great lunch spots nearby)
  • Regular team events, celebrations, and learning opportunities
  • Flexible working hours and respect for work/life balance
  • Growth opportunities for those willing to learn and take initiative

We know a happy front desk makes for a happy workplace. If you enjoy being the person everyone relies on, and you like the buzz of a vibrant company, you’ll fit right in here.
