What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet every guest, client, and visitor with a genuine smile and friendly efficiency
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries; you’ll be the go-to guide for anyone reaching out or stopping by
- Maintain detailed visitor logs and appointment schedules—precision counts, especially during busy periods!
- Keep front office records updated and organized, ensuring easy access for the team
- Work closely with internal departments to relay messages, set up meetings, and keep day-to-day operations flowing smoothly
- Receive and distribute courier packages, mail, and important documents—nothing gets lost on your watch
- Help create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere at reception that reflects our values and culture
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role (ideally in a fast-paced office)
- Warm, professional communication skills—both in person and over the phone/email
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail (you spot the little things others might miss)
- Comfort with multitasking and adapting on the fly to guest or team needs
- Proficient with MS Office suite; quick to pick up new tools if needed
Nice-to-Haves
