About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined how your organizational flair and legal know-how could actually drive success for a whole business? As our new Legal Operations Manager in Dubai, you’ll be at the heart of a high-performing debt collection firm—making sure every detail in our day-to-day operations adds up to something bigger: real recovery results and delighted clients. If you appreciate both structure and people, and want your work to directly impact growth, this is the opportunity to flex your talents where they matter.

About the Company

We’re a fast-evolving boutique debt collection agency that prides itself on a reputation for fairness and results. Our team is tight-knit, ambitious, and genuinely supportive—there’s no “lone wolf” mentality here, just colleagues who have your back when the pressure’s on. Growth isn’t just a buzzword for us: lately, our client list has been expanding, and so has our investment in new tech and staff development. Oh, and we have a tradition of Wednesday lunches where we swap everything from legal tips to the best local food finds.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the full spectrum of operational activities, making sure cases are managed efficiently from assignment to resolution.
  • Collaborating with case managers and legal officers to optimize workflows and ensure best practices across the board.
  • Designing and refining internal processes so that the team can deliver on (and exceed) recovery targets without burning out.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators—think: recovery rates, time-to-resolution, and client satisfaction scores—then turning those numbers into actionable strategies.
  • Serving as a main point of contact for key accounts, maintaining open channels and building steady relationships.
  • Driving ongoing training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing within the team to keep skills sharp and compliance watertight.
  • Spotting process gaps or regulatory changes before they become issues, then implementing improvements with a hands-on approach.
  • Supporting business development efforts, offering operational input into pitches or new service offerings.
  • Occasionally rolling up your sleeves during crunch times—no task too minor, no process too set in stone.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Strong experience (ideally 5+ years) in legal operations, debt recovery, or a related legal service environment.
  • Excellent leadership chops—a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with the UAE regulatory landscape and best practices in collections/legal compliance.
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Superb communication skills—able to translate legal-speak into actionable steps for both clients and team.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for improving processes without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with operational technology platforms or legal software (bonus points for CRM or case management tools).
  • Some exposure to business development or client-facing collaborations.
  • Multilingual skills—Arabic is a plus but not a dealbreaker.

Not sure if you’ve checked every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive market salary and performance-linked incentives.
  • Flexible hybrid setup—our Dubai office is buzzing, but we understand the value of working from home too.
  • Health insurance plus genuine support for professional and personal development.
  • A growth-oriented, supportive culture: we recognize wins, learn from setbacks, and celebrate milestones together.
  • Exposure to a diverse client base and plenty of opportunities to broaden your skillset.

We believe that the best results are built by teams who enjoy what they do—and support one another in doing it. If you’re looking for a role where your expertise shapes the direction of a thriving company, you just might have found your place.
