What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and make everyone who walks in feel welcome
  • Support team members with simple administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Help keep physical and digital records organized so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Order office supplies and make sure the team never runs out of essentials
  • Pitch in with daily office upkeep—think tidy meeting rooms, organized common areas, and occasional errands
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel when needed
