What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing villa construction projects from foundation to final handover, ensuring every detail meets our high standards.
- Coordinating daily site activities, keeping subcontractors and labor teams motivated, productive, and safe.
- Supervising all concrete and finishing works, with a sharp eye for both quality and schedule.
- Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings—if there’s a detail out of place, you’ll spot it.
- Handling quantity take-offs and ensuring materials are ordered and used efficiently (waste not, want not).
- Troubleshooting day-to-day site issues with a cool head and a practical approach.
- Reporting progress and site needs to the Project Engineer and management team, keeping everyone in the loop.
- Ensuring all work complies with Abu Dhabi’s safety regulations and client requirements.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience executing villa projects in Abu Dhabi—local know-how is a must.
- Proven track record in concrete works, finishing, and site management on similar residential builds.
- Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with quantity take-offs and material management.
- UAE driving license (valid and ready to use).
- Transferable visa with valid residency.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Background working with respected local consultants or developers.
- Familiarity with digital site management tools or basic project management software.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
