What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting skilled tradespeople and supervisors with various construction tasks — no two days are ever quite the same.
  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials across the site to keep projects on schedule.
  • Operating basic tools and equipment safely (we’ll show you the ropes if you’re new to this).
  • Maintaining a tidy, hazard-free work area — safety is a big deal here.
  • Helping set up and break down scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures as needed.
  • Pitching in wherever you’re needed — sometimes it’s sweeping up, sometimes it’s helping lift and position materials.
  • Reporting any issues or hazards promptly to your supervisor (we want everyone to get home safe).
