What You’ll Be Doing

  • Steering the center’s day-to-day operations across all departments—think of yourself as both conductor and coach.
  • Setting the strategic vision for franchise-readiness, then breaking it down into actionable, measurable steps.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse team—identifying stars, filling gaps, and building a culture that people stick around for.
  • Achieving (and celebrating) KPIs: from revenue growth and profit margins to service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing and continuously improving car wash, detailing, polishing, PPF, and paint protection processes—ensuring standards stay high and innovation is welcomed.
  • Collaborating with vendors and partners, keeping relationships strong and negotiations sharp.
  • Driving business development: spotting new revenue streams, building partnerships, and staying ahead of market shifts.
  • Keeping the financial side sharp—budgeting, cost control, and identifying ways to maximize every dirham.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience managing operations in automotive services or a similarly fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
  • Strong leadership chops—you’ve inspired teams, handled performance issues, and helped good people become great.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and hit ambitious targets.
  • Strategic thinking with an entrepreneur’s eye for scale and potential franchising.
  • Solid understanding of car wash, detailing, polishing, PPF, and paint protection services (or a genuine enthusiasm to learn the nuances fast).
  • Sound knowledge of financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting.
  • Excellent communicator—in both English and (ideally) Arabic.

  • Experience developing SOPs and systems for new locations or franchises.
