What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and guide all aspects of daily operations, from workflow management to problem-solving urgent hiccups
- Collaborate with department leads to streamline processes and remove bottlenecks — efficiency is your north star
- Dive into data: monitor performance metrics, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
- Mentor, coach, and empower teams to deliver their best work (and celebrate wins, big or small)
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with both short- and long-term company goals
- Foster continuous improvement: challenge the status quo, introduce best practices, and champion innovation in every process
- Prepare detailed operational reports and planning documents for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and company standards across departments
