What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day civil and finishing works to make sure every detail aligns with drawings, specs, and industry standards.
- Managing a varied crew of site laborers and subcontractors, making sure everyone knows what comes next and how to get it done safely.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in civil and finishing works, preferably within mid- to large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills — you have a knack for bringing out the best in people, even on the toughest deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- Solid understanding of site safety protocols, construction quality, and timelines.
- Good communication skills in English (and ideally, an additional language spoken onsite).
Nice-to-Haves:
