Lead the Crew, Own the Site: Foreman Wanted at K Solution General Maintenance
Some jobs are about showing up. This one is about taking charge. K Solution General Maintenance in Al Ain is looking for a Foreman who can run maintenance, decoration, and finishing projects from the ground up — someone the team respects, the clients trust, and the management can count on. If you've spent years on-site and you're ready to be the person everything runs through, keep reading.
About K Solution General Maintenance
K Solution is a hands-on general maintenance company based in Al Ain, handling everything from building upkeep to full decoration and finishing works. We're not a corporate machine with layers of red tape — we're a tight crew that gets called when something needs to be done right the first time. Our sites are active, our standards are high, and our people are the reason clients keep coming back.
If you like the idea of walking onto a site and knowing, within five minutes, exactly what needs to happen and who's doing it — you'll fit right in here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of site operations, from the first day of a project to the final handover
- Lead, assign, and supervise workers across maintenance, decoration, and finishing tasks — making sure everyone knows their job and does it properly
- Read the room (and the drawings): coordinate materials, tools, and manpower so nothing stalls
- Keep quality front and center — check finishing work with a critical eye, because "good enough" isn't
- Manage the pressure that comes with tight deadlines and multiple moving parts, without letting standards slip
- Coordinate directly with management on progress, challenges, and anything that needs a decision
- Step in and solve problems on the spot — whether it's a snag in the schedule or a detail that needs redoing
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, proven experience in maintenance, decoration, and finishing works — you've been on these sites, not just read about them
- Real leadership presence: workers follow your lead because you've earned it, not because you raised your voice
- A firm personality — you can hold the line on quality and discipline without creating friction
- The ability to juggle multiple sites, deadlines, and crew issues without losing your head
- Strong coordination and communication skills with both workers and management
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license (genuinely helpful for getting between sites)
- Experience working on projects in and around Al Ain
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — if you've got the experience and the backbone for this role, that counts for a lot.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Real responsibility from day one — this isn't a role where you wait your turn; you're the one running the site
- Variety that keeps things interesting — maintenance one week, decoration and finishing the next, no two projects quite the same
- A team that works together — no politics, no games, just people who want the job done well
- Growth potential — prove yourself here and there's room to take on bigger projects and more responsibility
- Support from management — you'll have the backing to make decisions and the trust to run your sites your way
At K Solution, we believe a good Foreman is the difference between a project that drags and a project that shines. If you're ready to lead, we're ready to put you in charge.
