About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever been the person everyone turns to when things need fixing — not only because you know how, but because you know who can get it done? If you have a knack for keeping teams coordinated and maintenance projects running smoothly, you might be just the person we're looking for. Our general maintenance company, serving Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Foreman. This is a great opportunity to put your leadership skills to work in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge.
About the Company
Founded with the belief that no job is too small and every detail matters, our company has become a trusted maintenance partner across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. We're a close-knit team with a real sense of camaraderie — it’s not uncommon to see technicians swapping stories over strong coffee before heading out for the day. Fridays are a moment to celebrate weekly wins and share feedback. Our management is hands-on but supportive, valuing initiative, solution-oriented thinking, and a genuine respect for everyone’s craft.

- Liaise with clients onsite — keeping them updated and addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Follow up on job completion, manage proper handover processes, and make sure all the necessary documentation (including invoices) is neat and accurate
- Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering, so nobody is ever caught without the right part or tool
- Foster a culture where safety comes first and every team member feels valued
What You’ll Bring

- Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and invoicing software
Nice-to-Haves:
- Basic spoken or written Arabic
- Experience working in Al Ain or Abu Dhabi
- Valid UAE driving license
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
