What You’ll Be Doing

  • Warmly greet and welcome every guest, setting a positive tone for their stay from the moment they arrive
  • Guide guests through the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and personalized support
  • Handle reservations — changes, inquiries, and last-minute requests — with both efficiency and a touch of local flair
  • Listen attentively to guest feedback and concerns, addressing issues promptly or escalating when needed
  • Offer knowledgeable tips about hotel amenities, dining options, meeting spaces, and special promotions
  • Provide up-to-date information about Dubai’s attractions, shopping areas, and transit routes to help guests explore the city with confidence
  • Build positive relationships with returning guests and maintain clear, effective communication with other hotel departments

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills in English (an additional language like Arabic or Russian is a plus)
  • Experience in a front-of-house, customer service, or similar guest-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks gracefully
  • A warm, professional demeanor and polished appearance

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment in Dubai
