What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with authentic warmth and ensuring every first impression feels personal
- Handling check-in and check-out procedures smoothly, even during rush hour
- Answering guest inquiries—everything from “Which way to the Burj Khalifa?” to “Where’s the nearest pharmacy?”
- Managing reservations and updating booking details in our system accurately
- Collaborating with housekeeping and other teams to make sure every guest need is anticipated and met
- Swiftly resolving any guest issues with patience and diplomacy
- Keeping the reception area organized and presentable
- Occasionally assisting with concierge services or special guest requests when needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Confident, clear communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus!)
- A genuinely friendly, approachable personality
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Comfort with basic computer systems for handling reservations and emails
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in hotels or hospitality in Dubai (or anywhere else!)
- Familiarity with common hotel booking systems
